"Ultimate Trailer for 'Hachi: A Dog's Tale' Revealed, Little Dog Hachi Spends His Entire Life Waiting for His Owner to Return"

The ultimate trailer for the movie "Hachi: A Dog's Tale", which will be released on March 31st, was released today, presenting tear-jerking scenes of the dog waiting for its owner. This film is adapted from the original script "ハチ公物語" by Kaneto Shindo, directed by Xu Ang, produced by Ye Rufeng, starring Feng Xiaogang and Chen Chong, with the leading role of the Chinese rural dog Da Huang, and starring Bai Jugang and Huang Chutong. Qian Bo was invited to appear.

The story of Hachi and Chen Jingxiu originated from a chance encounter. The stray puppy curled up under the car encountered a kind-hearted person with a soft heart, and from then on, the puppy had a home. Chen Jingxiu would bathe Hachi and treat it like a child; his wife Li Jiazhen (played by Chen Chong) occasionally had a sharp tongue but a soft heart, complaining about Hachi in her mouth, but always preparing the most abundant dog food for it; Hachi gradually became a member of the Chen family from a strange little dog. It would walk and wander with its owner, and wait at the station every day when its owner finished work. Chen Jingxiu would dote on it and say, "My silly son," every time it pounced into his arms. Until one day, Chen Jingxiu left home as usual, but never returned, and Hachi began its lifelong wait. During the days of waiting, Hachi saw the ruins of the Chen family after the demolition, and saw a family immersed in grief because of the death of their owner. It didn't understand why its former home no longer existed, nor did it understand whose tears were flowing for the family. It only knew to wait at that exit every day, and its owner would definitely open his arms to it.

As time passed and years went by, Hachi's life came to an end in the persistent wait day after day. In the final moment, it seemed to have had a beautiful dream, in which it returned to its childhood, and Chen Jingxiu held it in his arms, softly saying, "Silly child, I'm sorry for making you wait so long..." It finally received this embrace. "One person, one dog, one lifetime" is a brief annotation of the story between Hachi and Chen Jingxiu. These six words express the affection of accompanying and waiting for each other. For a dog, as long as it recognizes its owner, it begins a lifetime of silent companionship.
